What do we want from the movies?
Well, for me, l enjoy light comedy occasionally, but I usually love watching the cinema which has some kind of good or meaningful story line, good stars & maybe with a couple of good songs to add to the mood.
Today we have movies, the success of which depends on the 100 CR bracket. The star cast is also one of the reasons of the box office hits, even if the movie otherwise is a complete flop. At such times you have to go leaving your grey cells in pause mode & only allow your eyes & ears to feast on the screen. Once you are out of the cinema hall you realize the futility.
Though some of the movies are worth the time & money, so well made, you won't mind watching them again.
 Some of my favourite movies, which I may even like to see again are Mughle Azam, Kabhie Kabhie, Black, A Wednesday, Piku to name a few & of course English movies like God Father, Love Story & many many more.
The 2 latest movies released, Bajirao Mastani & Dilwale are already being talked about. Where Bajirao has grandeur, superb acting& a feast for the eyes, so I have been told, Dilwale is an absolute let down. It will still enter the 100 CR bracket coz people will go to see the wow chemistry between Sharukh & Kajol.
But you my friends go  & watch the movies & decide which is the one that has been a better one to end the year with

Count down to curtains down of 2015,once again we talk about making new resolutions (to be broken of course)
I too did the same till I understood the Power of Thoughts & words.
Why do we break our resolutions?
Anything you want to do to manifest, has to be repeated over a period of time to actually to make it happen, whereas our resolutions are usually just lip service which don't even last more than a month, sometimes even less.
Let's be different this time & not make a resolution, instead let every morning of the year plan the day. Review the previous day's plan, what was left undone, can that be included in the agenda of the day, if not note it down in things to complete, & thus make our life result oriented instead of empty resolutions.

Should girls dress code change or should we teach our sons to respect & value the female sex?
A debatable issue indeed. I personally feel, it should be first, giving the right sanskars to our sons, they should be educated at home to respect others sisters or friends, as they would like their sister or mother to be respected. This itself could solve 80% of the above issue. Yes its also true that the revealing clothes worn by the females certainly arouse the hormones in boys & men, who are then unable to constraint their urges. But then why do all males react to it the same way? Its because of their right upbringing.
Being a woman myself, & a mother of a son, I have instilled the respect of women in my son.
But still I also feel that a woman behind a veil is an enigma & a mystery men love to own & protect. Any man is always possessive about his woman, be it his mother, sister or wife & does not want them to dress to attract attention.
All I can say here is that it's a very sad situation when we hear if even 8 months old girl child or an 80 year old woman are raped. Where is the question is indecent dressing in these cases.
Wake up men, you too gave mother's, wives & sisters, learn to respect us the way we deserve. You bow down your head in reverence to the Goddesses, you have aa rakhi tied in your wrust by your sister, you promise to protect your wife & urs said that heaven is under the feet of your mother.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
This is a fact, & with the Indian judiciary its usual  Justice denied.
The victim has to wait for years till he gets justice, that's if he gets justice at all, specially if he is fighting against the Power of wealth.
What is the certainty a poor man can have to get justice even if he is the victim. He may lose the life of his dear one or be maimed himself by the recklessness of the so called celebs, big guns & the affluent class. His life has no value coz he does not have a fat bank balance, does not wear branded clothes, drive high end cars.
It's sad to see human lives being measured by the Power of money.
We forget that be it the king or a pauper the ultimate destination is back to dust.
